Yes, we ship to all states via Estafeta or DHL . FREE shipping on purchases over $1,500 MXN (except rural areas with an additional cost).

  • Interior of the Republic: 3-7 business days.

Can I pick up in a physical store?

Yes, we have a showroom at our branch in Irapuato 33, Clavería, CDMX (by appointment only).

What guarantee do they offer?

All pieces have:

  • Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • 1 year for rhodium plating or abnormal oxidation (excluding natural wear and tear).

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we accept exchanges or returns within 15 days of delivery:

  • New product, in original packaging and with ticket.
  • Does not apply to personalized items.
